1. What is a biomarker?
In its most broad definition, a biomarker is a body sign that can be measured accurately and reproducibly. Your body contains many biomarkers that hold valuable information about your current state of health and can be used to predict your future state of health.
2. Is the app free to use?
Absolutely! Simply download our app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).

3. How do I set up an account?
Download the app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Once you’ve downloaded the app, open up the app and register for an account by filling in some basic information about yourself. A one-time password will be sent to your mobile number for authentication.
To understand and track your health risks, click on “Edit Profile” under your account details, fill up some simple questionnaires and you’re ready to go!
4. Should I consult with a doctor or nutritionist about my results?
The BioMark service is designed to give you personalized insights that will help you lead a healthier life and reach your specific wellness goals. Our service isn’t a substitute for advice or analysis by a licensed medical professional; however, we do encourage you to discuss the results with your healthcare provider.

1. How do I upload my medical records?
You can either scan the barcode on your lab test result or upload a photo of your result onto our app. PDF results can also be uploaded and stored.
2. How long will my medical records be stored?
Your medical records can be kept on the BioMark Doctor Platform for life so you don’t have to worry about keeping track of your hardcopy results.
3. How will I know whether my biomarker levels are normal/ abnormal?
Our app is intelligently designed to reflect whether your biomarker levels are normal or abnormal and you will be able to tell your health progress at a glance with our progress charts.
Readings that fall within the green range are normal while those in the red range are abnormal. Abnormal readings will also be highlighted for your attention under your results summary.
4. How is my activity/ steps history being tracked?
The BioMark app is integrated with Google Fit and Apple Health so both Android and iOS users can enjoy our activity tracking feature and keep track of their steps, energy expended, sleep, walking distance, workouts and heart rate.
